 Hi, I'm Lindsy Lockett, owner of Build a Lash Biz and Lockett Lash Studio. I am licensed as an Advanced Managing Esthetician as well as an Esthetics Instructor.

Eyelash Extensions have always been a passion of mine. Creating a set is like a piece of art. knowing how the eye shape and health of the lashes play into the design of the set is very important. I have years of experience as both an employee and then as a multiple business owner. Having gone though the unknown difficulties on both ends as a lash tech and business owner has given me the experience which allows me to share the knowledge.

Industry Experience

From being a lash tech to owning and operating a salon with independent contractors, I have been through the transition of industry rules and regulations regarding lash tech's scope of practice, the new verses old techniques of eyelash extension application, non stop unique customer service experiences and the behind the scenes of running a business.  I've had the opportunity to succeed and problem solve before failure. From this knowledge I am able to dive deep on topics I feel are the most important.

Focus Groups 

These are used to aid in the creative process of course development. To determine if the course is of great value. We use a select group of professionals to review and provide feedback whilst judging the: content, value and ease of access.
