 Hi, I’m Lindsy Lockett, the proud owner of Build a Lash Biz and Lockett Lash Studio. I’m a licensed Advanced Managing Esthetician and Esthetics Instructor with a deep passion for eyelash extensions. For me, creating a lash set is like crafting a piece of art—understanding eye shapes and the health of natural lashes is crucial to achieving the perfect design.

With years of experience as both an employee and a multi-business owner, I’ve navigated the challenges from both perspectives. These experiences have shaped the knowledge and insights I’m excited to share with you.

Industry Experience
From working as a lash technician to owning and managing a salon with independent contractors, I’ve gained extensive experience in every corner of this dynamic industry. I’ve successfully navigated changes in regulations regarding lash technicians' scope of practice, mastered both classic and cutting-edge techniques in eyelash extensions, and tackled a wide variety of customer service scenarios. Behind the scenes, I’ve overcome the challenges of running a business, from operations to team management.

In addition to my hands-on experience, I’ve also trained, certified, and mentored countless aspiring lash technicians, helping them grow their skills and build their careers. This journey has allowed me to adapt, problem-solve, and refine my approach before encountering failure, equipping me with the insights needed to guide others toward success.

With this wealth of knowledge, I am passionate about diving deep into the topics that matter most to help others thrive in the ever-evolving lash industry.
